Pension options available on paper were broken down and fully explained to us so we could understand and make informed decisions. We decided to consolidate all the pensions to another single provider. Andy took all the headache out of the process and set us up with our preferred plan, working for us. yes costs incurred, as they are with all plans but for the invaluable advice and continued support it is a small cost and so worth it.
